Refund Policy

How trip charge refunds and cancellations are handled for Driver Partners

Trip Charges paid by the Driver to hailO may be eligible for cancellation and refund. However, the Company reserves the right to investigate each request and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Refund Process

Cancel the Trip Package

The driver must cancel the trip package within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Email the Support Team

Send a refund request to help@hailo.co.in with your trip package information, order number, and a clear description of the issue.

Await Review & Approval

The Company will investigate the request. If merit is found, you will be notified of approval via email.

Receive Your Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days from the date of cancellation, subject to the Terms of Service.

📌 Important: Refunds may be subject to applicable deductions or fees as outlined in the Terms of Service. This Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Terms of Service.

Final Decision

Company Decision is Final

Any decision made by the Company regarding refunds shall be final and binding. The Company reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
