Terms governing the use of hailO services as a Customer, Consignor, or Sender
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by S V SANGHVI TECNO PRIVATE LIMITED ("hailO"). By accessing or using hailO's platform, you ("Customer" / "Consignor" / "Sender") agree to be bound by these Terms.
hailO provides transportation of goods by road, logistics facilitation services, and additional services introduced from time to time. hailO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its sole discretion.
You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to transport the goods, goods are lawful and compliant with applicable laws, and all details provided are accurate and complete. You agree to indemnify hailO against any claims arising from incorrect information or unlawful goods.
Charges displayed at booking are indicative; final charges may vary. Payment must be made directly to the driver partner / shop partner. hailO is not responsible for payment disputes. Non-payment may result in service suspension or recovery action.
Loading and unloading are NOT included in base freight. Must be requested at booking and charged separately. Load Assist includes only basic manual help — excludes packing/unpacking, assembly/disassembly, and technical handling. hailO is not liable for damage or injury during loading/unloading.
The Customer is solely responsible for proper packaging of all goods. hailO shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from improper packaging, nature of goods, or normal transit handling.
hailO shall under no circumstances be responsible for spoilage, melting, leakage, breakage, expiry, or any change in quality — irrespective of cause.
The Customer shall NOT transport:
Violation results in full customer liability and possible reporting to authorities.
hailO shall only be responsible for loss or damage proven to be caused solely due to its gross negligence. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photos, description, and proof. Late or incomplete claims may be rejected. hailO's decision shall be final and binding.
All delivery timelines are estimates. hailO is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, operational issues, or force majeure. hailO does not guarantee vehicle availability, timely pickup, condition of goods upon delivery, or continuous service.
Cancellation after vehicle allocation may attract charges. hailO reserves the right to retain goods for unpaid dues, charge storage fees, and dispose goods if unclaimed. If delivery fails (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal), goods may be returned at additional cost.
hailO operates strictly as a technology platform connecting Customers with independent driver partners and shop partners. hailO does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or guarantee performance by driver partners. hailO shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of driver partners.
hailO is not responsible for conduct of driver partners, personal disputes between Customer and driver, or informal agreements made outside the platform. Where payment is made directly to the driver, hailO is not responsible for overpayment or fraud.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless hailO against all legal claims, damages, penalties, and losses arising from violation of these Terms, illegal goods, misdeclaration, or non-compliance with laws.
Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. hailO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
